No entanto, a efetiva o de tais princ¨ªpios dentro da rotina escolar em nosso pa¨ªs ainda n o ¨¦ uma realidade consolidada. Dessa forma, ¨¦ fundamental a abordagem a respeito das pol¨ªticas p¨²blicas para a Educa o Inclusiva que se foram constituindo principalmente a partir da Constitui o Federal de 1988, o que poder¨¢ contribuir de forma relevante para uma melhor compreens o de todo o processo de mudan a de paradigma ocorrida no espa o escolar e social em rela o ¨¤ Educa o Inclusiva. Abstract: In the current educational context in Brazil, Inclusive Education is legally grounded in fundamentals and democratic principles of equity, diversity, equality and solidarity among people, principles which are also bases of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, established in 1948. However, the realization of these principles into the school routine in our country is not yet a consolidated reality.
