%X The Library of the Medical Faculty is an autonomous part of the library system specific to the medical department of the Ruhr-University Bochum. Its collection concentrates on theoretical medicine, while the clinical field is covered by the central university library and several libraries located at the different hospitals that jointly form the university clinic (Bochumer Modell). All libraries closely cooperate to provide a wide range of electronic journals and books. Recently the Library of the Medical Faculty also built up an extensive collection of textbooks.
