%X R¨¦sum¨¦ : L¡äauteur d¨¦montre que le processus de mondialisation se d¨¦roule dans tous les secteurs de la vie : ¨¦conomie, art, politique, etc. et que nous assistons ¨¤ l¡ä¨¦mergence d¡¯une culture-monde. Cependant, cette culture ne va pas de pair avec la soci¨¦t¨¦-monde, car la souverainet¨¦ nationale fait encore obstacle au d¨¦veloppement de la solidarit¨¦ plan¨¦taire. De m¨ºme, l¡äauteur met en cause une mondialisation apportant un pr¨¦tendu d¨¦veloppement technique-¨¦conomique pour pr ner une   anthropolitique   conjuguant led¨¦veloppement d¡¯une politique de l¡ähomme et de la civilisation. Abstract: The author argues that the process of globalisation takes place in all sectors of life (economy, art, politics, etc.) and that we are witnessing the birth of a worldculture. He also asserts that this culture does not go hand in hand with world-society as national sovereignty stills represents a strong obstacle to developing world solidarity. Finally, the author criticises a globalisation that puts forward apparent technicaleconomical development to promote an ¡°anthropolitics¡± of both Man and civilisation.
