%X The article focuses on practical benefits of social network analysis integration in information systems of a company for companies¡¯ managers. The objective of this integration is to increase automation level of support for mapping relations, employees¡¯ positions and their importance to a company. It also aims to improve management decision-making process. In presented case study social network analysis based on e-mail communication within the company allowed the managers to identify employees e.g. in a strategic position in the social network
