From the importance this sector has taken on the national scene, some challenges are emerging for these institutions, including greater competition for funds, which assumes an increasingly efficientmanagement and effective. Having the background of the crisis of the Social Welfare, the charitable interest of private sector organizations and understand the management practices that lead to the necessity of an appropriate HR management means that the rationality inherent in organizations, allows seek a theoretical construct that reinforces this mutual bond between nonprofit organizations and human resource management. The study consisted of a descriptive-qualitative and documents that were used semi-structured interviews in 22 organizations that formed the sample.
