Based on the evolutionary game theory, this article analyzes the knowledge-sharing process model of this team, studies the influencing mechanism of various factors such as knowledge aggregate gap, incentive coefficient and risk factor that influence the knowledge-sharing result, and accordingly proposes a strategy to promote the knowledge sharing of university teacher team. %U http://www.sciedu.ca/journal/index.php/ijhe/article/view/2326
