%X Resumen El art¨ªculo expone un criterio general para el an¨¢lisis y la interpretaci¨®n de las narraciones escritas y publicadas durante las ¨²ltimas dos d¨¦cadas en Chile. De acuerdo a la relaci¨®n que textos y escrituras establecen con el mundo material, postula que puede hablarse de narraciones estoicas, esc¨¦pticas y epic¨²reas. Los textos estoicos anhelan melanc¨®licamente un contacto con las cosas que han perdido; los esc¨¦pticos dudan de que ello sea posible; los epic¨²reos, que no distinguen entre percepci¨®n e imaginaci¨®n, exasperan la propia producci¨®n simb¨®lica como contacto con la producci¨®n material. Se coordina este criterio con otras clasificaciones del per¨ªodo, y se intenta bosquejar las proyecciones pol¨ªticas que podr¨ªa tener. Abstract The article presents a general approachfor the analysis and interpretation of Chilean narratives written and published during the past two decades. According to the relationship established with the material world, we postulate that writings and texts can be stoic, skeptical or epicurean. Stoic texts melancholically long for a contact with their lost objects, skeptical ones doubt that this is possible, and epicurean texts -which do not distinguish between perception and imagination-, exasperate .symbolic production as a contact with material production. This article coordinates this criterion with other classifications of the period, and also outlines the political projections that such criterion may bear.
