%X This paper presents a discussion about the geodetic sciences tools used to support theplanning and management in coastal areas, including Remote Sensing and GPS. The aggregation of thisknowledge gives subsidies for making decisions involving the coastal population are of essentialimportance for the development and implementation of planning policies and management of coastalareas. In this paper are presented the experiments the research in the groups the Positioning andNavigation Techniques Based on Spatial and for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing Course Graduatein Geodetic Sciences in coastal regions.
