%X The management of commercial companies differs according to the type of the company. Typically, the manager is an individual, but it might also be a legal person, with the obligation to appoint a permanent individual representative. The manager¡¯s capacity, his honorability, citizenship, associate status and limitation of plurality of offices are factors that must be considered in order not to violate the laws regarding the incapacities and limitations of this position.
