%X The transition process which Romanian commercial law underwent has affected both the term of ¡®trader¡¯, by redefining it, and the classification of professional categories. Currently, the term of ¡®professional¡¯ is conveyed by a descriptive listing of the categories of persons it comprises: traders, entrepreneurs, business operators, as well as any other person authorized to carry out economic or professional activities.
