Proteomics has been increasingly applied to oncology research with the widespreadintroduction of mass spectrometry and protein-chip. Applying proteomics to foster animproved understanding of cancer pathogenesis develop new tumor biomarkers for diagnosis, and early detection using proteomic portrait of samples. The study of Phospho-onco-proteomicsprovides a better understanding of cancer diagnosis. %K Phosphoproteomics %K Phosphorylation %K Analytical technologies %K transcriptomics %U http://www.bioinfo.in/uploadfiles/12593157031_1_2_IJG.pdf
