%X El sistema actual de subcontrataci車n, vigente a partir de la reforma impulsada en el a o 2007, ha generado una nueva forma de entender la obligaci車n de seguridad en el derecho del trabajo y la responsabilidad civil. De todas las 芍reas que fueron reformadas, conviene mirar especialmente el cambio de la obligaci車n de seguridad comprendida en la relaci車n laboral y su aplicaci車n en la jurisprudencia en relaci車n al problema de previsibilidad del hecho y del da o; espec赤ficamente en la que dice relaci車n con respecto a trabajadores subcontratados y los da os que estos pudieran sufrir en el desempe o de sus labores. The current system ofoutsourcing , effective reformdriven in2007,has generated anew understanding ofsafety requirementin thelabor law and tort law.Of all the areasthat were renovated , it should look especiallychanging thesecurityrequirementincluded inthe employment relationship, specially about the main difference between damage predictability and damage done, andits application incase lawthat saysspecifically in therelationship tocontract workers andthe damagethat they couldsuffer in theperformance of their duties.
