%X El art赤culo analiza las diversas posibilidades de justificaci車n del aborto, particularmente en relaci車n con la eximente de estado de necesidad tal como ha sido consagrada en el nuevo art赤culo 10 No 11 del C車digo Penal. Para ello, se estudian las diversas formas que puede asumir el estado de necesidad, que puede ser justificante o exculpante, de car芍cter defensivo o agresivo. Todas ellas son analizadas en relaci車n con las caracter赤sticas particulares del delito de aborto en atenci車n a la regulaci車n constitucional, penal y sanitaria que le es aplicable The article discusses the various posibilities of justification of abortion, particualarly in relation to the state of necessity as it has been enshrined in the new article 10 N∼ 11 of the Penal Code. This purpose is done studying the various ways that the state of necessity can assume, which may be justificatory or exculpatory; defensive or aggressive. All are analyzed in relation to the particular characteristics of the crime of abortion in response to the constitutional, criminal and sanitary regulation that is applicable
