%0 Journal Article %T Wages of Czech Employees at the Beginning of the 3rd Millennium and the Impact of Economic Crisis on Wage and Income Development According to the Educational Attainment %A Diana B¨Şlkov¨˘ %J Statistika : Statistics and Economy Journal %D 2013 %I %X Th e paper deals with the development of wage distribution by the educational attainment in the Czech Republicin the years 2003¨C2010, examining forty wage distributions as the object of research and the grossmonthly wage in CZK as the research variable. It analyses the development of the wage distribution in timeand the gross monthly wage in relation to the level of educational attainment. It also pursues the developmentof a minimum wage in the monitored period. Th e author gives special attention to the lowest guaranteed wagelevels classifi ed according to wage classes and work capability assessment, comparing the minimum wage tothat of subsistence.
