%X Aggressive angiomyxoma is a rare mesenchymal neoplasm originates in pelvic soft tissue which is seen usually in child-bearing aged women. It is also rare in males and generally arises from inguinal and scrotal regions. Treatment modality is surgical resection with unaffected tissue surrounding tumor. But it has high recurrence rate. In this study we aimed to discuss a male patient with aggressive angiomyxoma localized in the thigh region.
