%X In order to accomplish this study we used the questionnaire method. Therefore we elaborated the questionnaire titled ˇ°Thepsychological preparation in training and competitions of the judo athletesˇ±, which contains 12 questions exploring the familiarity of thecoaches or other sport specialists with the sport psychology and the psychological preparation in sport, whether if they would use apsychological program with their team, or they would encourage the athletes to discuss with a sport psychologist and what are thepsychological programs they currently apply in training or competitions.
