A computed tomography (CT) scan showed a lymph node metastasis that had become cystic and enlarged, and was suggested to be the cause of the vomiting. Endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration showed squamous cell carcinoma and elevated amylase in the cystic tumor.
