Through an extensive literature review, fourteen ERP selection criteria were identified. Using these fourteen criteria, a questionnaire was developed to test and rate these criteria on a 10-point scale. Results from the survey show that manufacturing and non-manufacturing companies rate reliability, compatibility, service, and support as the most important criteria when selecting an ERP solution. %U http://sajie.journals.ac.za/pub/article/view/104
