%X Internet es un medio que posibilita el surgimiento de nuevas tecnolog赤as, entre estas el Teletrabajo. El objetivo de esta investigaci車n fue evaluar el teletrabajo y el impacto legal que implica su inclusi車n en el estado Zulia. La investigaci車n desarrollada fue de tipo descriptivo, bajo un dise o de campo, no experimental, en el cual, se determinaron las actividades y caracter赤sticas de las relaciones laborales, as赤 como, situaciones de su uso en Venezuela. Se concluy車 que existen relaciones laborales derivadas del teletrabajo en la regi車n zuliana orientadas a la modalidad de trabajo subordinado planteado en la Ley Org芍nica del Trabajo, que es un marco legal para tomar como referencia, pero no considera las situaciones derivadas del uso de nuevos medios y m谷todos telem芍ticos. Para resolver este conflicto, se desarroll車 un articulado tomando en cuenta las necesidades laborales de los trabajadores de este ramo; sugerencia que se propone para ser estudiada y anexada dentro del reglamento laboral venezolano, o bien sea tomado a consideraci車n por parte de las empresas empleadoras de teletrabajadores, sirviendo en un futuro en el desarrollo eficaz en materia laboral. Internet is a mode that makes possible the creation of new technologies, among them, Tele-work. The objective of this research was to evaluate Tele-work and the legal impact it creates in the state of Zulia. The research was descriptive, with a field design, and non- experimental. Labour activities and labour relation characteristics were determined, as well as the activities and the characteristics of labour relations, and situations of labour usage in Venezuela. The conclusion is that there are many job relationships derived from tele-work in Zulia which are oriented towards subordinate work relations outlined in the Organic Labour Law, which is the legal framework to be used as a reference, but the law does not consider the situations derived from tele-work labour. In order to solve this conflict, a legal document was developed taking into consideration the needs of the workers in this field, suggesting a proposal to be studied and added to Venezuelan work regulations, and to be considered by employers of tele-workers, which could help in the future in the efficient development of this labour area.
