This analysis was based on the data from 42 polymorphic loci generated with seven primers. The results showed high genetic distance among accessions from Valle del Cauca and low genetic distance among accessions from Nari o, Cauca, Quind赤o, Caldas and Cundinamarca departments.Key words: Solanaceae; Polymorphic loci; primers; RAM. La t谷cnica RAM (Random Amplified Microsatellites) se us車 para el an芍lisis de diversidad gen谷tica de 43 accesiones de uchuva recolectadas en seis regiones de Colombia (Nari o, Valle del Cauca, Cauca, Caldas, Quind赤o y Cundinamarca), pertenecientes a la colecci車n establecida en la Universidad Nacional de Colombia sede Palmira. El an芍lisis se realiz車 sobre 42 loci polim車rficos obtenidos con siete cebadores, encontr芍ndose baja diversidad para las introducciones de Nari o, Cauca, Quind赤o, Caldas y Cundinamarca.
