Bu kapsamdabelge y netimi alan nda uluslararas  ve ulusal ko ullar n de erlendirilmesi, belgei lemlerinde var olan durumu tan mlamak i in analizlerin yap lmas  gerekmektedir. al  ma kapsam nda kurumsal belge i lemlerini etkileyen ko ullar  ve sorunlar  tespitetmek amac yla geli tirilen programlar ve Belge Y netimi Kapasite De erlendirmeSistemi de erlendirilmektedir.The evaluation of the institutional condition is so important to create effective andcontinuous systems and analysis of the existing capacity in administrative bodies andrecords management applications is regarded as crucial. Within this respect, an evaluationof both international and national and an analysis of the existing conditions in recordsmanagement are necessary. In this study, the programs that were developed for recordsmanagement and Records Management Capacity Assessment System are evaluatedorder to identify the conditions and problems in institutional records management.
