%X Banning or eliminating the websites is a ¡°sheer cyber-murder¡±, which resembles to thecase with Galileo. As his ideas contradicted with the authorities, he was sentenced toimprisonment for life, which is more or less the same with recent banning and eliminationattempts. In a way, the current situation is the contemporary version of medieval experience.Without questioning on whether they are true or wrong according to ¡°our¡± mind, it shouldbe remembered that there are people with these ideas and preferences. Otherwise, therecomes out the infringement of human rights, right to think, right to communicate. It isnecessary to take action against the ongoing ¡°intervention to preferences, thoughts, andfundamental human rights¡± and against the existing legalized ¡°cyber-murder¡±.Web sitelerinin eri ime kapat lmas  internette mevcut verileri insandan uzak tutmaya al  makt r ve bu durum, bir anlamda Galileo¡¯nun Orta  a ¡¯da ya ad   na benzerniteliktedir. Zaman n din kurumlar  ve yetkilileriyle fikirleri ters d¨¹ t¨¹ ¨¹nden m¨¹ebbethapse mahk m edilmi  ve eserleri yasaklanm  t r. Son zamanlarda ya anan baz olaylar da bu uygulamaya benzemektedir; dolay s yla mevcut uygulamalar n, Orta  a uygulamalar n n  a da  versiyonu oldu unu s ylemek m¨¹mk¨¹nd¨¹r. ¡°Bizim¡± fikrimize veg r¨¹ ¨¹m¨¹ze g re do ru veya yanl   olup olmad   n  sorgulamadan, farkl  g r¨¹  ve fikirdeolabilecek insanlar n var olabilece i hat rlanmal d r, aksi takdirde herkesin ayn   ekilded¨¹ ¨¹nmesi beklenirse, ortaya insan haklar n n, d¨¹ ¨¹nme  zg¨¹rl¨¹ ¨¹n¨¹n, haberle me zg¨¹rl¨¹ ¨¹ ve  e itli hak ve  zg¨¹rl¨¹klerin ihlali   kar.  nternet ortam nda da devam edenbu uygulamalara, d¨¹ ¨¹nce ve tercihlere olan m¨¹dahalelere kar   hak ve  zg¨¹rl¨¹klerindaha fazla ihlal edilmemesi i in  nlem al nmas  gereklidir.
