Bunlar n en  nemlisi ise 2004¡¯te y¨¹r¨¹rl¨¹ e girmi  olan Bilgi Edinme Hakk  Kanunu¡¯dur. E-devlet uygulamalar  ve s z¨¹ edilen kanunun y¨¹r¨¹rl¨¹ e girmesinin oda  nda ¨¹lkemiz vatanda lar n n ve t¨¹zel ki iliklerinin kamu kurum ve kurulu lar ndan ald klar  hizmetlerin daha h zl , do u, standart ve e it olarak yararlanmalar  yatmaktad r. Bu noktadan bak ld   ndan Bilgi Edinme Hakk  Kanunu¡¯nun kullan lmas nda, y¨¹r¨¹rl¨¹ e girdi i tarihten itibaren  nemli bir art   n oldu u g r¨¹lmektedir. Bu art   n en  nemli g stergeleri kanun gere i TBMM¡¯nin yay nlad    y ll k raporlard r.  al  mada bu raporlardaki g stergelerden yararlan larak vatanda -lar m z n kanunun kullan lmas na y nelik ilgisine de inilmi  ve yurtd   nda ¨¹lkemizdeki e-devlet uygulamalar yla ilgilenen uluslararas  kurumlar n say sal de erlendirmelerine yer verilmi tir. [English abstract]Recently, investigations upon e-government applications and the right to access information had given rise to legal developments. The most important of them is the Law Pertaining to Rights for Information Access being promulgated in 2004. The underlying aim of the law is to provide private persons and legal entities to get the related government services in a more correct, standardised, fast ways-and-means under equal rights. Actually, ever since the applications had started according to the Law, a sharp increase in public interest in accessing information had been registered, as can clearly be viewed from the yearly reports of Turkish Grand National Assembly. The study attempts to analyse the mentioned increase, as well as the rising interest of international organisations to Turkish e-government activities.
