%X G¨¹n¨¹m¨¹zde topluma yararl  bir hizmet geli tirmek i in kurulmu  yasal topluluklar, ki ilerin hem mesleki hem de sosyal ya amlar n n birer par as  olmu tur. Sivil toplum kurulu u ad yla tan mlanan bu topluluklar politik, sosyal, k¨¹lt¨¹rel, hukuki ve  evresel ama lar  do rultusunda herhangi bir kar amac  g¨¹tmeden ve tamamen g n¨¹ll¨¹ olarak birtak m eylemlerle  al   rlar. Bu  al  man n amac  Bilgi ve Belge Y netimi b l¨¹mlerinde e itimlerini s¨¹rd¨¹ren   rencileri; meslekleri ile ilgili aktif hale getirecek, ¨¹niversite ve Ara t rma K¨¹t¨¹phanecileri Derne i (¨¹NAK) ad  alt nda faaliyet g steren yeni bir toplulu un olu turuldu undan haberdar etmektir.The purpose of the present article is to inform about an ¨¹NAK initiative, being called ¡°Young ¨¹NAK¡±, which aims at developing research and other professional skills of students of University Information and Documentation Departments by promoting, supervising and conducting planned professional activities.
