These can manifest virtually as all known histopathological patterns. Adverse drug reaction (ADR) is defined by WHO as a response to a drug which is noxious and unexpected, which occurs at doses normally used in humans for prophylaxis, diagnosis, therapy of a disease or for modification of physiological function.
