The heating/cooling rate using in this work is ranged from 10 to 20oC/min at sintering temperature of 1350oC for 2 hours. It was found that the physical properties of the barium titanate ceramics using heating/cooling rate of 20oC/min gave a higher value of percent shrinkage and density than that of 10 and 15oC/min. From the dielectric constant measurement, the maximum dielectric constant depended very much on the heating/cooling rates. The maximum dielectric constant of the ceramics using heating/ cooling rate of 20oC/min was higher that that of 10 and 15oC/min. Hence, the small grain size and high density of the ceramics using high heating/cooling rate may have an influence on the value of maximum dielectric properties of the BaTiO3 ceramics. %K BaTiO3 ceramics %K heating/cooling rate %K dielectric constant %U http://www.sjst.psu.ac.th/journal/27-4-pdf/15-BaTiO-ceramics.pdf
