In particular, we study the influence of three cache organizations, namely fully associative, direct, and set associative caches. As a result of this work, we recommend the set associative cache memory organization with the LFU replacement policy, as this led to optimal performance in e-learning environments with the highest hit ratio and upload/download rates. %K synchronous %K e-learning %K fully %K associative %K cache %K direct %K mapping %K cache %K set %K associative %K cache %K download %K upload %K rates %K average %K network %K traffic %K user %K latency %K hit %K ratio %U http://online-journals.org/i-jet/article/view/652
