Chahine %J International Journal of Emerging Sciences %D 2012 %I Islamia University of Bahawalpur %X he paper proposes a package of tools that can be used to simulate the Content overlay networks such as CDN (Content Delivery Network) network in order to analyze its behavior. The proposed simulator is designed to be a modular and extensible network simulator. The proposed simulator can consider any network topology with its properties such as link rate, queue size, link reliability, etc. The simulator logs the time stamped events, analyze the routing required to optimize the network utilization. The simulator can provide the best scenario for reliable delivery and efficient scalability.
