%X A programmable logic controller (PLC) is a digital computer used for automation of electromechanical processes, which is a type of computer family and they have commercial and industrial applications. The development of programmable logic controller (PLC) makes it possible to do the required changes to the program without changing the electrical circuit connections. Two separate design projects aided with PLC have been designed to deal with practical process and machinery problems. In addition to that, these projects have been designed for a PLC course of two years in electrical technology institution. The PLC programs (Software SIMATIC 200 Step 7 Micro/Win16) have been loaded, cooperated with Educational Delorenzo Italian Company with a siemens type process (CPU 216). Moreover, this software has been implemented for training at the Technical Industrial Institute at Haddah and has been found to be applicable and easy to use with high accuracy.
