According to the information, a road guide is produced and the driver can use it. This guide can be used by the driver in foggy road and poor vision environment. These data are about ˇ° what we would see in frontˇ±, Such as tunnel, bridge, turn left, turn right, 4-way cross and so on. For this, passive tags installed with proper road data, are posted on road, and tag reader is in the car. The result of this work is the creating an information service to supply necessary information to car in foggy and poor visibility road. situation of 100 meters from the front of car is transmitted to the car and information go to the monitoring system. Moreover, a computing method is proposed for accurate distance detection between car and road margin.
