%X Cystic fibrosis (CF) is one of the most common lethal genetic disorders affecting Caucasian population. The respiratory disease from CF is the main factor which influences the prognosis. The concentrated NaCl solutions in aerosols as well as the courses of treatment performed in regions rich in Na ions (saline, seaside) have been observed to be beneficial for as an adjuvant in the treatment of CF. The paper present the efficiency of ¡°Salin¡± device in halotherapy in CF.
