%X El aumento en la cantidad de estudios de posgrado y de sus cursantes derivados de la demanda por mayores credenciales acad谷micas en lo laboral y por la b迆squeda personal para especializarse profesionalmente, es un fen車meno observado en Argentina desde mediados de los a os 90. Obtener el t赤tulo final de estos estudios resulta un porcentaje muy inferior en relaci車n al n迆mero de sus inscriptos. Tales motivos focalizaron nuestra atenci車n para analizar tanto los criterios de elecci車n del posgrado como las condiciones contextuales y subjetivas para alcanzar la titulaci車n. Este estudio, de tipo cualitativo, investiga en tres carreras de Especializaci車n que se cursan en diferentes Universidades nacionales , los aspectos de su organizaci車n y estilo propuesto para cursar y lograr la finalizaci車n de los estudios, as赤 como las motivaciones de la elecci車n de cursantes y egresados en tres ramas diferentes: art赤stica, human赤stica y tecnol車gica. El conocimiento sobre la l車gica de la organizaci車n y la particularidad del objeto de estudio de cada carrera permite analizar diferencias y semejanzas entre ellas aportando algunas propuestas para considerar en programas de formaci車n; mientras que los trayectos de cursantes y egresados explican aspectos subjetivos que intervienen en la finalizaci車n o no del posgrado The increase in the amount of studies of postgraduate course and of its students derivatives of the demand by academic credentials in the laboral and for the personal search to specialize professionally, it is a phenomenon observed in Argentine towards the middle of years 90. To obtain the final title of these studies is a percentage far below in relation to the number of the registered people. Such reasons focused our attention to analyze so much criteria of election of postgraduate, as the subjective and contextual conditions to reach the degree. This study, of cualitative type, investigate in three Specializations, which are atended in differents nationals universities, the aspects of its organization and proposed style to study and to obtain the conclusion of studies, as the motivations of the election of the students and graduated, in three different areas: artistic, humanistic and technological . The knowledge about the logic of the organization and the particularity of the object of study of each career allows to analyze differences and similarities among them contributing some proposals to consider in formation programs; whereas the trajectories of students and graduated explain the subjective aspects that take part in the conclusion or not of the postgradua
