The structures of the title compounds (4a-k) were established by analytical, IR, NMR (1H, 13C and 31P) and mass spectra, and they have been screened for their antimicrobial activity. They exhibited significant antibacterial, and antifungal activity. %K Phosphoramides %K 1 %K 2-phenylenedimethanol %K amino acid hydrochloride %K antibacterial activity %K antifungal activity %U ttp://www.acgpubs.org/OC/2011/Volume%204/Issue%201/9-OC-1104-196.pdf
