%X The existence of perfect mobility of capital the saving increase, in one country will increase investment in many other countries. The present study by using co-integration technique with data set of the period from 1970-2009 tests presence of capital mobility and fails to find one to one relation between domestic investment and domestic saving .Trade openness is found to be one of the determinants of investment.
