The neoplasm is closelyrelated to and partly surrounds the roots of teeth. In most cases, this lesion isasymptomatic and was considered as an indolent lesion for several years. Nevertheless, recent studies have demonstrated that some cementoblastoma may exhibit anaggressive biological behavior and can affect several teeth. An unusual case of benigncementoblastoma that was clinically extensive, involving multiple deciduous andpermanent teeth is presented. This report also corroborates with some papers that havedemonstrated the aggressive behavior of cementoblastomas. %K Cementum- like %K aggressive %K maxillary teeth %K recurrence %U http://a4add.com/remoteupload/uploads/2040/share/13412968836671_myfile.pdf
