%X Analytical expressions for derivative voltammetry (DV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) corresponding to EC, CE and catalytic mechanisms at spherical electrodes are deduced. Through comparison of these responses, criteria to discriminate between these three mechanisms are established. Methods for determining the kinetic constants of the chemical reactions based on the measurement of peak coordinates are also proposed.
