%X Hauptgegenstand dieses Beitrags ist das "Archivo del Duelo" [Archiv der Trauer], ein Forschungsprojekt, das sich mit Trauerritualen in  ffentlichen R umen nach den Bombenattentaten in Madrid am 11. M rz 2004 befasst hat. Ausgehend von dem gewaltigen Ausma  dieser  ffentlichen Trauerpraxis und der Bedeutung der Attentate f¨¹r die spanische Gesellschaft begann eine Gruppe von Forscher/innen des Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Cient¨ªficas ein Projekt, in dem die Gedenkst tten, die an Bahnh fen errichtet wurden, dokumentiert und untersucht werden sollten. Durch das doppelte Anliegen, n mlich Dokumentation und Forschung, war das Projekt von Beginn an interdisziplin r konzipiert und zusammengesetzt, und wir berichten von dieser Zusammenarbeit von Bibliothekar/innen, Anthropolog/innen und Literaturwissenschaftler/innen. URN: http://nbn-resolving.de/urn:nbn:de:0114-fqs1103124 The main objective of this article is to present the "Archive of Mourning," a research project that focuses on the mourning ritual practices in public spaces that took place after the train bombings in Madrid on March 11th 2004. Due to the magnitude of these public mourning rituals, the impact of the bombings in Spanish society and the variety of voices expressed at the stations, a group of researchers working at the Spanish National Research Council (Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Cient¨ªficas, CSIC) started a project to document and analyze the memorials at the stations. The twofold objective of documenting and analyzing the memorialization practices made this research project an interdisciplinary endeavor from the beginning; an initiative in which librarians, anthropologists and literature scholars collaborated. Debido a la magnitud de los atentados, a su impacto en la sociedad espa ola y a la variedad de voces que se expresaron en las estaciones de tren, un grupo de investigadores del Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Cient¨ªficas (CSIC) comenzaron un proyecto para documentar y analizar los memoriales de las estaciones. El doble objetivo de documentar y analizar las pr¨¢cticas memoriales hizo que fuera una iniciativa interdisciplinar desde el comienzo; una iniciativa en la que colaboraron  bibliotecarios, antrop¨®logos y expertos en literatura.
