Stress is one of the burning questions that hinder the officers¡¯ and workers¡¯ performance and productivity. In this paper all experiences of jobs are discussed which affects human minds and odies. It has been essentially built the inputs which are obtained by conducting a comprehensive study covering the aspects of stress in today¡¯s business.
