The load-deformation characteristic has also been studied. A series of experiments were conducted to determine the flexural strength between plane concrete prism and FRP wrapped concrete prism. In this research, eight concrete prisms were built with size of 100 100 500 mm, five of them were wrapped with FRP or polyester reinforced woven polypropylene fibre sheets and three specimens were made without FRP sheets. Both specimens type were tested until failure. The woven polypropylene fibre sheets (WPFS) were made from high strength polypropylene fibre placed in an epoxy matrix. It was found that the flexural strength of the strengthened prisms was higher than that of plain concrete prisms. %K fibre reinforced plastic %K flexural strength test %K epoxy matrix %K fibre sheets %U http://ijp.fi.itb.ac.id/index.php/nano/article/viewFile/335/335
