%X This is a reflection focused on lack of governability in Colombia on the groundsof juridical ambiguity and dissociation of categories such as space and territoryas basic and predominant components of a State from which Colombian publicauthorities make big efforts on the importance and scope of such categories orformal sources of the internal legal system, dimensions of its development, anda need for its inclusion in the national policy guidance as a factor of stability,welfare, and progress.
