%X Hispanics are the fastest growing and largest minority group in the United States. Comparing data from 1994 and 2004, it is shown that 59% of the Hispanic population in the United States is of Mexican origin. Educational attainment of Mexican-Americans is rapidly increasing in the second and third generations.
