In the study, a survey of 20 questions which includes Maslach Burnout Scale and Minnesote SatisfactionScale has been used. Personal Information Form, Maslach Burnout Scale that was examined in terms of trustworthy, andMinnesote Satisfaction Scale, which consist of 5, 9, 6 questions respectively have been used. According to the study, nosignificant finding has been detected between job satiety and gender, age, education (p>0,05). Significant finding has beendetected between job satiety and referee category and working year. (p<0,05). No significant finding has been detected betweenprofessional burnout and gender, age, year and referee category, education (p>0,05). Additionally, a negative finding has beenfound between job satiety and professional burnout with 0,05 level. A positive finding has been found between job satiety andrefereeing year with 0,001 level. A positive finding has been found between job satiety and working year with 0,05 level.
