%X One challenge for knowledge sharing in a multi-national, multidisciplinary and multi-stakeholder ¡®polyphonic¡¯ organisation consists in uncovering and communicating underlying mental models. This observation is illustrated by examples of knowledge sharing experiences in one supra-national organisation referred to as a case example ¨C the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions.
