%0 Journal Article %T E-democracy Projects in the Regions of Lithuania: Evaluation Aspects.404 %A Rimantas Petrauskas %J Social Technologies %D 2012 %I Mykolas Romeris University %X Purpose¡ªthe purpose of the article is to analyse and evaluate e-participation projects in Lithuanian municipalities on the peculiarities of involving different social technologies.Design/methodology/approach is based on analysis of scientific literature, projects reports and comparative analysis of websites under new index for assessment of e-democracy projects.Findings¡ªthe paper presents an original overview of municipalities¡¯ e-participation projects and its peculiarities on the support of different tools and technologies.Research limitations/implications¡ªthis research deals only with documents and opinions of municipalities and is limited to one side of the e-participation process.
