%X Breakthrough zygomycosis are increasingly reported life-threatening complications among patients with hematological malignancies, especially since the use of broad spectrum antifungal treatments like voriconazole. We report two cases of breakthrough zygomycosis after caspofungin exposure, with a review of literature.
