%X In most sciences practical exercises are the best way to assess and obtain scientific and technical knowledge and skills capacities. This is a training that, as in the sports world, results to be essential and improves efficiency. Problem solving activities require a significant amount of staff time and effort for setting and marking this type of work and, in this respect, the use of on-line quizzes can be helpful. However, on-linequizzes present also an important drawback: the need of a big initial effort. In order to reduce this initial effort, the creation and exportation protocol of a multiple option questions database was proposed. En la mayor parte de las ciencias, los ejercicios pr芍cticos son la mejor manera de adquirir y evaluar, tanto conocimientos cient赤ficos como las habilidades y competencias necesarias para su aplicaci車n. Es un entrenamiento que, como en el mundo del deporte, resulta imprescindible y mejora el rendimiento. La resoluci車n de problemas exige una gran dedicaci車n del profesorado y, en este aspecto, la utilizaci車n de cuestionarios on-line puede ser de gran ayuda. Sin embargo, este tipo de cuestionarios tambi谷n presentan una dificultad, que es el esfuerzo inicial necesario. Para reducir esta dificultad se plante車 la elaboraci車n de una base de datos de cuestiones y un protocolo de exportaci車n.
