%X En este art赤culo se describe una innovaci車n de la metodolog赤a tradicional de la asignatura Estad赤stica Descriptiva incorporando las Tecnolog赤as de la Informaci車n y la Comunicaci車n (TIC). La experiencia ha permitido establecer una colaboraci車n entre varios profesores de la asignatura que imparten docencia en distintas titulaciones, tras revisar la planificaci車n de la asignatura, y la implicaci車n del alumno como parte activa de la construcci車n del conocimiento. La plataforma Moodle de la Universidad de M芍laga ha facilitado la transmisi車n de una forma m芍s din芍mica de los conocimientos b芍sicos de la Estad赤stica, pudiendo dedicar m芍s tiempo a las interpretaciones econ車micas y sociales de los ejercicios. This article describes an innovation of the traditional methodology in the subject Descriptive Statistics through the incorporation the Information Technology and Communication (ICT). The experience has helped to establish a partnership between various teachers who teach in different degrees, after reviewing the course planning and also has improved the student involvement as active partner in the knowledge construction. The Moodle, free and open-source e-learning software platform, of the University of M芍laga has facilitated the transmission of a more dynamic basic knowledge of statistics and has allowed devoting more time to economic and social interpretations of the exercises.
