%X In educational setting, learning communities work to enhance curriculum and instruction, and focus on students. Present paper presents the framework for a strategic plan necessary for efficient school governance in Romania. Following a comprehensive analysis of the scholing environment which identifies the determinants of the lack ofperformance of the romanian students, we formulate strategic objectives and directins necessary for good governance of Romanian school.
