Based on the literature review and observation results, a ”°Six-dimensioned CEO Function Model”± has been proposed, which demonstrates that CEOs should perform at least six important functions, e.g., Chief Executive Officer, Chief Edge Officer, Chief Ethics Officer, Chief Emergency Officer, Chief Employing Officer, and Chief Emotion Officer. In order to deal with the operation complexity, CEOs should carry out the six functions simultaneously, instead of mutual exclusive, each function supports and enhances each other. %K Chief Executive Officer %K Chief Edge Officer %K Chief Ethics Officer %K Chief Emergency Officer %K Chief Employing Officer %K Chief Emotion Officer %K Operation Complexity %U http://www.emj-journal.org/papersub/Global/DownloadService.aspx?PARAMS=SUReODIzMA_0_0
