%X A considerable number of studies have investigated the relationship between perceptions of organizational justice and employees¡¯ work attitude. This study investigates the effect of distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice on supervisor support, organization support, supervisor trust and organization trust in Saudi companies. A questionnaire was used to assess the different relationships. Different results were found confirming or rejecting the different hypotheses.
